February 22nd – BAST webinar on Teaching Young Voices by Jenevora Williams. This covered best practice for breathing, resonance, posture and alignment, male voice change, tuning, de-constriction, SOVT exercises.

May 2019 – Online CPD course in Mastering Musical Theatre with Vocal Process. A CPD certified course covering Musical theatre styles and techniques.
June 2019- Online webinar -Life cycle of the voice course with Jenevora Williams. Studying vocal development and teaching techniques from early years to the older adult singer. Particular focus on changing adolescent voices. You can find out more about this from https://voiceworkshop.co.uk/
June 2019- Completed an online course called ‘The Power Of Play’ by earlyarts.co.uk. This focussed on the power of play to facilitate learning in the early years. It had a really powerful message and I will use this training when planning music or drama activities for the younger age groups (nursery to 7).
August 2019: ABRSM Online course: Becoming a better music teacher. A very detailed 5 week course covering, psychology, teaching techniques, music skills, professional values and curriculum, motivation, inclusive learning.

DRAMA TEACHING CPD
The new LAMDA Syllabus is now available. Very exciting and I can’t wait to have a look. Exams available in Drama Performance, Musical Theatre and Shakespeare Performance.
